At AI Art Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your digital and physical home decor. If your piece doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the artwork in its original protective packaging, ensuring that corners are shielded to prevent damage during transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement piece within 3-5 business days.
