What are your shipping times and costs?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Since each piece is printed to order to reduce waste, please allow 3-5 business days for production and an additional 5-7 business days for delivery depending on your location.
Can I request a custom AI-generated design?
Yes, we offer a 'Custom Commission' service where you can provide prompts or themes. Our team will work with our AI systems to generate three unique concepts for you to choose from before we print and frame your selection.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We want you to love your art. If your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the quality, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please keep the original packaging for return shipping.
Does the artwork come ready to hang?
Yes, all our canvas prints come gallery-wrapped over a 1.5-inch wooden stretcher bar with hanging hardware pre-installed. For framed paper prints, we use high-quality wood frames and shatter-resistant acrylic glass.
Are these artworks unique or mass-produced?
